Our Behaviour Approach

Children are able to learn the social skills of sharing, taking turns, negotiating, helping and respecting each other from a very early age. They learn this from each other as they play.

They also learn this from adults as they observe what they do.  If children do not see the benefits, or observe the practice, of positive behaviour, they may instead be learning the attractions of negative behaviour.

It is how adults act and behave in dealing with these matters that makes the difference in what children learn.
