Our practitioners are trained from childcare level 2 to degree level. All senior must be at least trained to childcare level 3 standard. We provide further trainings.

The system is designed to make children make an attachment during settling in, allow parents/carers a point of call when discussing personalised care plans and individual educational developments.
We have a Primary, secondary and teriary Key person for every child so even when our staffs are on holiday the children and families know who to turn to.
